The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) officially turned over the Rural Bank Management Course (RBMC) to Incoming Rural Bankers Research and Development Foundation, Inc. Chair Vittorio Z. Almario during the Induction of Officers and Directors of the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) for FY 2014-2015 held at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila last July 1, 2014
The turnover ceremony was graced by BSP Governor Amando M. Tetangco, Jr.; BSP Deputy Governor Nestor A. Espenilla, Jr., BSP Assistant Governor Johnny Noe E. Ravalo and BSP Director Vicente T. De Villa III.
The RBMC consists of the following topics: Risk Centric Oversight of Banks, Introduction to Financial Risk Management, Governance and Control, Financial Statement Analysis and BSP Reportorial Requirement. The Foundation is now in-charge of rolling out the course, with its own set of trainers and speakers.
