Historical Highlights

On October 25, 1984, the Bank suffered the loss of its original founder and president, Mr. Raul J. Fojas, who tragically disappeared. Mr. Edwin S. Fojas, an MBM graduate from AIM took over the management of the Bank since then and up to the present.

In 1992, the Bank inaugurated its first extension office (now a Branch), strategically located at A. Soriano Highway, Tanza, Cavite. And with its growth in resources, the Bank applied with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to establish three (3) more branches in Cavite and the use of trade name -- Bangko Mabuhay -- for which was approved by the BSP in 1995.

As of November 30,2003, the Bank has an authorized Capital of FIFTY MILLION PESOS (P 50 M) and has a paid up capital of P 24.9 million.
