Getting Technical Support via RBAP Support Forum

1. Point your browser to http://www.rbap.org/forum
2. If you do not have an existing account with the RBAP support forum, click, "register". (If you have previously registered in the forum, skip no. 2 to 4. Proceed to instruction no. 5)
3. Fill up the registration form (items marked with a * are required) then click submit. You will receive set of instructions which you must follow in order to have your account activated.
4. You will be notified once your account has been activated. You can already use your account after activiation.
5. Click "Log in".
6. In the Username field, enter your username.
7. In the Password field, enter your password
8. Click "Log in"
You can now view the discussion thread and/or post questions to RBAP staffs & members.

Email your ROPOAs (in MS Excel format) at assets@rbap.org
We can input up to 100 ROPOAs

Using RBAP EGROUPS
To send email to 700 + RBAP members
1. Login to your RBAP email
2. Compose a message
3. Send to egroups@rbap.org

Accessing RBAP.org E-Mail through Webmail

1. Point your browser to http://rbap.org/webmail
2. In the login field, enter your "username"
(your username is the first part of your email address before the @ sign)
- Example for: rbname@rbap.org
- Enter: rbname
3. In the password field, enter your "password"
4. Click "login"
5. To check for new messages, click "Inbox"
6. To create a new mail, click "Compose"
