Circular # 345 - Amendment to Subsection X268.1e of the Manual of Regulations for Banks |

Series of 2002 The Monetary Board under its Resolution No. 1096, dated 1 August 2002, amended Monetary Board Resolution No. 1849 dated 22 November 2001, by amending further Subsection X268.1e of the Manual of Regulations for Banks which shall read as follows. |
|
"The bank has complied with the loans-to-deposits ration based on the latest available computation but not more than six months immediately preceding the application."
