TO ALL RBAP DELEGATES AND GUESTS: Please be informed that there would be four (4) shuttle services, free of charge, to be provided by the Camp John Hay Manor to all the delegates and guests from May 21-23, 2003 from Camp John Hay Manor to Convention site, with the following schedules: |

7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. - 12:00 m.n. HOUSE RULES: 1. Only registered delegates will be given priority to sit inside the ballroom. In which case, every delegate should wear their I.Ds. 2. Lost I.D. meal tickets will not be replaced. 3. Breakfast on May 23, 2003 will be served from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. O N L Y. 4.
