The Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP), through the Rural Bankers’ Research and Development Foundation, Inc. (RBRDFI), in cooperation with the La Union Chamber of Rural Bankers (LUCRUB) are pleased to announce the conduct of the seminar described below:

Schedule: May 26-27, 2008 (Monday & Tuesday ), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 2 days

In this connection, we would like to enjoin all rural banks to send their Compliance Officers, Finance Officers, Accountant, and their key officers - President, Board of Directors, Managers, to attend the above-mentioned Seminar. Please find below the guidelines covering the allowable expenses that each participant is entitled to, as follows:

We are offering the two day seminar for P4,500.00 per participant. The seminar fee shall cover the training handouts, meals during the training proper (lunch and snacks (AM/PM), Seminar kit and Id’s, and certificate of completion.

For live-in participants, additional fee of P800.00 (overnight and 3 in a room sharing) inclusive of dinner.

It is understood that the above-mentioned expenses shall be borne by the rural banks concerned.

Should these arrangements meet your approval, we thereby request you to submit to us not later than May 5, 2008 the following:

1. Nomination form of the participant duly endorsed by the bank’s authority
2. Participant’s Profile Sheet

We would appreciate if you could submit the names of your participants at the earliest possible time since this would be submitted to RBAP for the preparation of the Certificate of Completion.
