Coloma Attempts to Block SEC Approval of Extension of RBAP's Corporate Life |

Published hereunder is the letter of Jerry Coloma’s lawyer dated August 7, 2007 urging the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to reject the Directors’ Certificate of Amendment filed by the RBAP Board on July 2, 2007 (copy hereto shown). |
|
Despite Coloma’s letter, the SEC issued on August 10, 2007 a CERTIFICATE OF CORPORATE FILING / INFORMATION saying that the Amended Articles and By-laws submitted by RBAP on July 2, 2007 extending its corporate life for another fifty (50) years are being processed.
