The Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP), through the Rural Bankers’ Research and Development Foundation, Inc. (RBRDFI) in cooperation with the Misamis Oriental- Bukidnon- Camiguin Federation of Rural Bankers, Inc. is pleased to announce the conduct of the seminar describe below:
In this connection, we would like to enjoin rural banks, to send their Loan Officers, Appraisers Credit and Loan Officers to attend the above-mentioned Training. Below are the guidelines covering the allowable-expenses that each participant is entitled to, as follows: 1. Registration fee of Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only (Ph 4, 500.00); (covers four snacks and two lunch for two days). 2. Maximum per diem of One Thousand Pesos (P 1,000.00) for participants outside Cagayan de Oro City. 3. Actual transportation from expenses from rural bank to the venue and back. It is understood that the above-mentioned expenses shall be borne by the rural banks concerned. Should these arrangements meet your approval, we thereby request you to submit to us not later than August 09, 2007 the following: 1. A non- refundable fee of Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 2, 350.00) per participant. Payments could be remitted to Land Bank of the Philippines, Capistrano Branch, Cagayan De Oro City under the name of Cooperative Bank of Misamis Oriental, CA No. 0152 – 0018 – 35. Proof of payment (i.e. deposit slip) should be sent immediately to Misamis Oriental- Bukidnon-Camiguin Federation of Rural Bankers c/o Cooperative of Misamis Oriental via telefax no. (08822) 725423. 2. Nomination Form (attached) , of the participant (s) duly endorsed by the bank’s President /authority, should be faxed to Misamis-Oriental- Bukidnon –Camiguin-Federation of Rural Bankers at fax no. (088) 8565778 or be mailed to c/o Adela F. Chiong Room 208 P & J Building Tiano- Kalambaguhan Streets 9000 Cagayan de Oro City. Only those rural banks that have complete requirements will be given reservation. Please be advised that we will be accepting up to Forty (40) participants only. We reserve the right to limit the number of participants to a manageable level. Participants will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
