The Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) through the Rural Bankers Research and Development Foundation, Inc. (RBRDFI), in cooperation with the Mindanao Federation of Cooperative Banks, will conduct a seminar described below:
In this connection, and considering that attendance thereat is mandated by BSP under its Circular No. 296 dated September 17, 2001, all RB Directors who have not yet attended said Course are enjoined to attend the 2-Day Seminar-Workshop and are authorized the following allowable expenses: 1. Registration fee of Five Thousand Pesos (P5, 000) inclusive of AM, PM Snacks & Lunch for two days. 2. Per diem and actual transportation expenses from the rural bank to the venue and back. (as per bank policy) It is understood that the abovementioned expenses shall be borne by the rural banks concerned. Should these arrangements meet your approval, we thereby request you to submit to us not later than August 21, 2007 the following: 1. A non-refundable fee of P 2, 500 per participant. Payments could be remitted to Bukidnon Cooperative Bank, bank account (Land Bank of the Philippines – Malaybalay Branch Savings Account Number 0961-1500-27). Proof of payment (i.e., deposit slip) should be sent immediately to Cooperative Bank of Cotabato via facsimile for verification. Facsimile number is (064) 288-1592. 2. Nomination form of the participant(s) duly endorsed by the bank President/authority and filled-up Participant’s Profile should be faxed to Cooperative Bank of Cotabato via facsimile for verification. Facsimile number is (064) 288-1592. Please be advised that we will be accepting up to Thirty-Five (35) participants only on a first-come-first-served basis.
