ALL MEMBER BANKS We are pleased to furnish you with the copy of the workshop output on the Proposed Amendments of Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) conducted during the 48th RBAP Charter Anniversary Symposium held at the Century Park Hotel, Manila on October 21, 2005. |

Please note that these amendments were thoroughly discussed and will be presented to the general body for approval in the upcoming RBAP Convention on May 2006 in Davao City. Two of the highlights of these amendments are the creation of a President-elect and the Office of the Executive Director which will allow for continuity of programs and projects of our Association.
