Circular Letter on Co-Authorship of House Bill 1223 |

Dear Fellow Rural Bankers: Our friend in Congress Hon. Felix A. Alfelor Jr. filed at the start of the 13th Congress the Amendatory Bill to RA 7353 (Rural Banking Act of 1992) as House Bill 1223. I would like to ask your respective congressional representative to co-author the House Bill 1223. We are targeting 117 Congressmen to co-author in order to facilitate the process of approval in the Congress and move up to the Senate. Attached is the form of Co-authorship. Kindly reproduce as many as you need. With your help, we can move forward closer to the enactment of a more responsive amendatory law governing rural banking system. Respectfully, (SGD) SENEN D.
