All Banks are hereby advised that LBP Manager's Check No. 83837 dated 26 July 2004 issued to the DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE in the amount of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS ONLY (P2, 126, 915.00) is reported lost.
Please dishonor the check and notify the Land Bank of the Philippines, or the nearest law enforcement agency immediately should the same be presented for encashment or negotiation.
