Corporate Governance & Risk Management Seminar-Workshop for Rural Bank Directors |

The Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) through the Rural Bankers Research and Development Foundation, Inc. (RBRDFI), an accredited Training Provider by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), will conduct:
¨Course Title: Seminar-Workshop on Corporate Governance and Risk Management for Rural bank Directors ¨Venue: RBAP Conference Room, 2nd Floor RBAP Building, A. Soriano, Jr. Ave. corner Arzobispo St., Intramuros, Manila ¨Schedule: May 27-28, 2004, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ¨Duration: 2 days As mandated by BSP under its Circular No. 296 dated September 17, 2001, all RB Directors who have not yet attended said Course are enjoined to attend the above mentioned 2-day Seminar-Workshop and are allowed to charge the following against operating expenses: 1. Registration fee of Three Thousand Pesos (P3, 000.00); 2. Two Thousand Pesos (P2, 000.00) per diem per day for maximum of three days; 3. Maximum representation allowance of Two Thousand Pesos (P2,000.00); and 4. Actual transportation expenses from the rural bank to the venue and back. Should these arrangements meet your approval, we thereby request you to submit to us not later than May 21, 2004 the following: 1. A non-refundable fee of P1,500 per participant. Payments could be remitted through the Rural Bankers Research and Development Foundation, Inc. – Land Bank of the Philippines (Intramuros Branch) Savings Account Number 0012-1046-26. Proof of payment (i.e., deposit slip) should be sent immediately via facsimile for verification. Our facsimile number is (02) 527-2980; 2. Nomination form of the participant duly endorsed by the bank’s authority. Only participants who are Board of Directors or would-be Board of Directors will be accepted in the course;(please see attached file) 3. Filled-up Participant's Profile Sheet;(please see attached file) and 4. Filled-up Bank Profile Sheet (for the RBAP website) (please see attached file). Only thirty participants will be accepted. We reserve the right to limit the number of participants to a manageable level. Participants will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis so submit the necessary forms now!
